You have 30 days to return on new merchandise, if damaged or unsatisfied. Please contact us as soon as possible on all damaged items. You will have to contact your courier if an item is broken upon delivery to recover any loss not covered by us.
All returned items must be repackaged with original invoice and packaging, then shipped at your expense. It is strongly suggested you ship UPS with insurance to cover cost of your returned item. You will be reimbursed for the item returned less the shipping and handling charges.
PRODUCTS RECEIVED DAMAGED POLICY
You can order insurance on your package at about $5.00 a package. Please note on your order comments if you wish to cover this expense. It will be added to your bill. If you have ordered insurance, you will be reimbursed 100%. Please call us as soon as possible save packaging if packaging is noticeably damaged tell the carrier to reflect this on receipt of delivery
SPECIAL ORDERS
There are no returns on customised merchandise, such as items with special lettering and specific alterations to an items design.
